A collab we brewed in Prague with our friends from SIBEERIA! Here's what they say about the beer:
Austrian collaboration. The second one with Bevog brings back the popular Bouncer and once again we brewed a West-German-style köl... ehm... Austrian Cold Pale Ale.
Rice lightens the body, dries it up, and doesn’t stand in the way of the hops. Used sparingly Dragon, Cardinal, and Saturn hop varieties give the aroma of passion fruit and lemon, but also a pleasant, considerable bitterness, ideal for quenching thirst, for example, on a hike in the Alps.
